They justify it by pointing to my consistent ability to understand and relate to the feelings and experiences of others. They've observed that I'm a good listener, always willing to offer a shoulder to lean on or a compassionate ear to those who need it. My loved ones appreciate my ability to put myself in their shoes and provide emotional support.
